The People's Republic of China ( PRC ), is the most populous state in the world, with over 1.339 billion citizens. Located in East Asia, the country covers approximately 9.6 million sq. km. It is the world's second-largest country by land area. ( source ) The flag of the People's Republic of China is a red field charged in the upper corner with five golden stars. The design features one large star, with four smaller stars in a semicircle. The red represents revolution; the five stars and their relationship represent the unity of the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The Emperor Penguin ( Aptenodytes forsteri ) is the tallest and heaviest of all living penguin species and is endemic to Antarctica. The male and female are similar in plumage and size, reaching 122 cm in height and weighing anywhere from 22 to 45 kg. The dorsal side and head are black and sharply delineated from the white belly, pale-yellow breast and bright-yellow ear patches. The lifespan is typically 20 years in the wild, although observations suggest that some individuals may live to 50 years of age. ( source ) Thank you Jery!

The Terracotta Army or the "Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses", is a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210-209 BC and whose purpose was to help guard his empire in his afterlife. The figures vary in height, according to their roles, with the tallest being the generals. The figures include warriors, chariots and horses. Current estimates are that in the three pits containing the Terracotta Army there were over 8,000 soldiers, 130 chariots with 520 horses and 150 cavalry horses, the majority of which are still buried in the pits.
