The Amaharashi coast, in the Noto Peninsula Quasi-National Park, offers scenes of white sand beaches and pine forests, with the Tateyama mountains rising up across Toyama bay. Throughout the year the view changes, and its loveliness is often breathtaking. Otomo no Yakamochi, one of the poets of the Manyoshu, often wrote of the beauty of Amaharashi. The national flag of Oman consists of three stripes (white, green and red) with a red bar on the left that contains the national emblem of Oman. The white stands for peace and prosperity, the green for fertility and the Green Mountains, and the red for battles against foreign invaders. A card from my favorites! The national flag of Japan is a white rectangular flag with a large red disk (representing the sun) in the center. The Japanese monarchy is the oldest continuous hereditary monarchy in the world. ( source ) Akihito (1933) is the current Emperor of Japan, the 125th emperor of his line according to Japan's traditional order of succession. He acceded to the throne in 1989. On 10 April 1959, he married Michiko Shōda (1934). The new Crown Princess was the first commoner to marry into the imperial family. The Emperor and the Empress have three children. Goshiki-numa is a cluster of five volcanic lakes situated at the foot of Mount Bandai in the center of the lake district of Bandai-kōgen, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. Goshiki-numa formed when Mount Bandai erupted on July 15, 1888, destroying dozens of villages and killing approximately 500 people while creating hundreds of lakes and tarns. Ginza is a district of Tokyo. It is known as an upscale area of Tokyo with numerous department stores, boutiques, restaurants and coffeehouses. Ginza is recognized as one of the most luxurious shopping districts in the world.
