Taiwan cherry, Wuling, Taichung . You can see some pink cherry flowers on the ground. The Taiwanese cherry is a deciduous tree that grows up to 8m high. Its leaves are serrated, thin, and cherry-like. The flowers are deep pink, bell-shaped in clusters and it has shiny scarlet fruit 1cm across from October to December. ( source ) Thank you Sharon!

Wulingyuan is a scenic and historic interest area in Hunan Province, China, noted for its approximately 3,100 tall quartzite sandstone pillars, some of which are over 800 metres in height and are a type of karst formation. The site is part of Zhangjiajie City and lies about 270 km from Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province. It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992 ( source ). Thank you Emmy!

The Flag of the Republic of China , a state commonly known as Taiwan was first used in mainland China by the Kuomintang (KMT, the Chinese Nationalist Party) in 1917 and was made the official flag of the ROC in 1928. Since 1949, the flag is mostly used within Taiwan where the Republic of China relocated after having lost the Chinese Civil War to the Communists. The three colors of flag correspond to the Three Principles of the People: Blue represents nationalism and liberty. White represents democracy and equality; and Red represents the people's livelihood and fraternity; In the "Clear Sky with a White Sun" flag of Lu Hao-tung, the twelve rays of the white Sun symbolize the twelve months and the twelve traditional Chinese hours, each of which corresponds to two modern hours. The Presidential Office Building houses the Office of the President of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The building, located in the Zhongzheng District in the national capital of Taipei,  Republic of China (Taiwan), was designed by architect Uheiji Nagano during the period of Japanese rule of Taiwan (1895-1945). The structure originally housed the Office of the Governor-General of Taiwan. Damaged in Allied bombing during World War II, the building was restored after the war by Chen Yi, the Governor-General of the Taiwan province. It became the Presidential Office in 1950 after the Republic of China lost control of mainland China and relocated the nation's capital to Taipei City at the end of the Chinese Civil War.
